Super Smash Bros. Amiibo Series Full Collection Guide

Collectors Guide to the Super Smash Bros. Amiibo Series

Nintendo has another craze in its hand with their new product line called Amiibo. The figurines have been a hit so far with demand unable to be met by Nintendo. With stock constantly sold out, it can be difficult for collectors to keep up with all the craziness in amassing a complete collection of the Super Smash Bros. line, particularly as there are multiple dozens to purchase.

To help prospect collectors, I have decided to make a collectors guide to assist Amiibo hunters in their journey to have a full collection of these beloved figurines.

The Super Smash Bros. Amiibo Series; what do they do in-game?

Amiibo serve as a somewhat training buddy that grows along with your skillsets. Bring your Amiibo to life by tapping them onto the Wii U gamepad. Once alive, take them into the battle to gain experience and level up. You can adjust there stats, traits and customize moves.

As for practical uses, you can pair up with you Amiibo in battles or participate in Amiibo battles. For the most part, many collectors will not bother with the in-game functions, but rather keep them in the original packaging and display it on the shelf.

Below is a list of all confirmed Amiibo for the Super Smash Bros. series; released and unreleased. Since many of these Amiibo are compatible with several titles, I have also made a quick note of what games (including functionality) each Amiibo are compatible with.
