Sakurai has shared the first screenshot of the Trophy Shop in the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. Unlike the 3DS version, the Super Smash Bros. For Wii U Trophy Shop has a fantastic retail look, and is certainly more pleasant to view.
You can purchase trophies in their digital package with the prices and other discount listed on the shelf labels. One can’t help but wish that these packages were real, because I would like to have them on display in my collection room.
“Here’s the Trophy Shop for the Wii U version. It operates identically to the 3DS version, but it sure has a different feel, doesn’t it?” Sakurai wrote on Miiverse.
Super Smash Bros. For Wii U and the first wave of Amiibo’s will be hitting stores on November 21 in North America. As for Europe, Australia and Japan – Super Smash Bros. For Wii U is set to hit store shelves in December 5/6 respectively.
